I have been to Billy Dean's on a few occasions. It is always a good time, even when I visit on Thursdays. The strippers are friendly, mainly hot, and let you touch. The bartender (and owner) is chill and amicable, and the prices are fair, especially for being in NY. 3 minute lap dances are $30, half hour private dances are $200 if I recall correctly. Drink prices are the prices you'd expect for a strip club. The club is topless, and many are willing to go full nude in the VIP for a price. Overall I have few complaints, and enjoy Billy Dean's a lot. Strippers can be a little pushy for tips, but that's to be expected at this point.
