I have been to Nikitas a good handful of times. My best experiences at the club were facilitated by the people I was with. If we showed up to have a good time, hyped up the dancers, and showed our appreciation for them, we couldn't keep the dancers away from us after the got off stage. Of course, to keep their attention private dances are necessary. It doesn't matter where you go...it's all about the attitude you walk in with.
