Empty, Desperate, and Not the Same

I went in around 11:30 and only stayed about 45 minutes. After the bust at PT's, I was interested in seeing how/if the Cuban dancers at Players had made any changes.

The club is small with a low ceiling - Bar to the right when you come in, bathrooms in the back, and the door to the VIP dance room just to the right of the door. As has been stated in other reviews, the dance room is a long bench with dividers, so you really don't have any privacy. However, I've had many varied experiences there and was interested to see if the mileage is still available. Dances vary by the gal - I've paid $25-30 a song, but beware, on this trip, the girls felt desperate and willing to be a little scammy. There were maybe 15 dancers in total, but there were three white girls on this trip that I hadn't seen before. Unfortunately, the vultures got to me first and I wasn't able to chat them up. There were two mongers in the whole place.

The place seems like it's gone discount - it was $5.00 to get in, instead of the usual $10 a few months back. Beer in the bottle was $5.00 instead of the usual $10. Girls were plentiful and Cuban, and the language barrier is a real thing here, but when the approach is all handsy and you have almost naked dancers all over you while you sip your beer at the bar, its a good thing. However, the energy was off - all the girls I chatted with said that it was REALLY slow and it was apparent to me that the hustle was on. The two bartenders were folding what looked like dish towel laundry on the bar complaining about how dead it was last night and why the laundry was left in the washing machine all night. Um...ok...
