Went here as an under 21 a couple of times, usually around the 7-10pm range. They put a mark on your hands and let you in with an extra cover charge ($25), and they also hold your ID at the door until you leave. Some of the bartenders might kick you off the tall bar seats if you have marks, others won't. Girls don't care if you have one or not, no special treatment. Dances $20, VIP $150/15 min. Girls friendly and chill, most are nice to have a conversation with. A good amount of them are definitely hustlers so be careful.
Overall, I had a good time. I usually bring $150-200 and that's lasted me up to 2 hours without trouble.
