No Diamond in the ROugh

Was in the area and decided to stop into Bogies at around 5 pm...figured I would check out day shift and the beginning of night shift. There have been some good reports on this place lately...surprisingly...so I thought I would check out.

Layout is the same as it ever was...awkward but functional...I elected to sit at the bar and take n the scenery from there. Service was prompt and generally friendly...the food is really good here IMO. No fee for parking in pot hole filled lot. $5 cover...with option for free pass to Henrys up the road. $7 domestic beer...as I recall...with frequent drink specials.. $10 one time VIP fee.

As for the reason I went here. I was looking for a diamond in the rough...all I found was the rough. The usual over the hill gang occupied day shift. Was glad that it was somewhat busy so I did not have to shoe away unwanted attention. A decent looking brunette was there...can't remember name...but she was very busy and did not stop by. Was hoping that evening shift would be better...stayed for about an hour. Four dancers...3 overweight IMO and one spinner that I did not find that attractive. I went to Henrys afterward and the pickings were even slimmer there. Pretty full wallet at the end of these trips and did not want to go to higher end place afterwards due to time constraints.
