off Bourbon Street, black club

I checked out recent New Orleans reviews and decided to check out this club which is 3 miles from Bourbon Street.

Visited on a recent Monday night from 9:30-11:30 pm. $10 cover to get in (or was it $8?). Either way, a fairly standard amount. $4 or $5 domestic bottles of beer.

Smallish club in an ok area of town. Not super nice but not too sketchy either. Doorman kind of roaming the entry area - inside and out doubles as security. Two female, middle aged AA bartenders. Nice but not hot.
