Smile for the cameras

After having my fill of just OK food and similar dancers at the Bristol Risque, I moseyed on over to the renovated, and no longer red, Raven. Place is almost exactly the same as it was before the renovation on the outside, though they’ve put a lot of work in on the inside. There’s actual slot machines in here now, now just those weird PA SKILL machines they try to sell as not slots.

I ordered a $6 drink here and settled into one of the bar stools. While they may have redone the whole inside, the routine is still the same. Dancers get their name written down on a whiteboard facing the bar and they go in rotation order based on the board. Today we had P, C, M1, and M2. P sat with me immediately and wanted me to buy her a drink as I ordered mine. I obliged, but it’s not really in my plan as I come here. P is an AA spinner with some nice boltons on top, but she wasn’t what I was looking for today. She made good conversation and added in some leg rubbing for good measure, but I let her know I was waiting for someone else and she went on her way. C was an even spinnier AA spinner with no silicone on her to speak of. She took another customer back for a $25 dance that lasted all of one song. It was the beginning of a pattern. M1 was a thick Latina/white girl mix who had some boltons up top that looked pretty good. Nice work doctor. She also ended up selling a single dance to the friend of the guy who took C back. Seein a pattern?

M2 got up on stage and I knew that’s where my money would get spent. A curvy gothish white girl, M2 had it goin on. Her stage dance was good and she was receptive when I asked her to stop by later. She came to my seat pretty quickly and after some brief getting to know you chitchat, we were off to the back room to have a good time.

Remember that pattern? It’s because cameras are in full effect here. Yep not even a tug is permitted here these days. How the mighty bird has fallen. The curtains being basically sheer was bad enough, but this added to it really just makes it another Tattletales. My complaints don’t extent to M2, however. She did the best she could with the restrictions the bar has placed on her, even made sure I left satisfied while staying within nannycam rules. We did 3 songs and I tipped her for the effort she made. I’d go back to see her. But only if it were somewhere else.

While some vets like Julia Tatiana and Diamond still appear on the schedule, it feels very unlikely they can perform at anywhere near the levels they were used to in years past. I don’t see a reason to come back here until word comes out the nannycams are put to bed
