My 35th birthday can only be summed up by saying that City Lights was the perfect place for me and my friends to celebrate. Everyone in my party had a great time, as well. aving previously been to City Lights for another birthday party, I decided that it would make for a great place for my friends and I to have ratchet fun. DIdnt want to chance drunk driving so we caught a cab.
We got here around 11 a.m. For a night out in NY, this is pretty early, but we wanted to avoid paying a lot for cover. We paid 20 dollars to get and were able to walk right in since there was no line. The lobby also has an attendant that is exchanging larger bills for singles, however, I came prepared and did not need that service. Plus since I am a stripclub vet i do know some times they charge you for singles. Im not sure if they do but i usually try to bring my own singles.
Drinks are decent they use the machine do the pours. Mostly just drank beers for 8 dollars. Bartenders are just as beautiful as strippers.
There is a main stage and 1 smaller stage. There is a live DJ who knew how to control the crowd. Very much of a party vibe. Our table was right by the main stage, which made it very easy to enjoy the show. The girls are really good! If you're looking for cirque du soleil kind of stripping this isn't the place for you. But if you want to see beautiful girls that know how to shake they money maker, this is it! Majority Spanish and black girls. We left around 2:45 and cabs were outside waiting. We grabbed one and went home. AWESOME NIGHT! Bathroom attendant was mad cool.
