I am a regular at the HiLiter, and it has been over 6 months since my last review. It is worth tracking these clubs over time; the quality can go up and down. That being said, I think the HiLiter may be the best club in the Phoenix area right now. The decor is comfortable but unpretentious. The girls are very good quality, without being all the same body type. Some thick, some thin, some natural, some surgically enhanced; mostly white, but with a few latinos, blacks, asians. Quality of the dances is up a bit over the past year. And the dances are good to very good. A while back, Phoenix passed a new ordinance, and the dances got conservative as the police initially enforced the law. Since then, predictably, the police have discovered they have better things to do than hang around in the semi darkness and try to figure out when dancers cross the line (gasp!). Now, dances are moderate contact by the girl, and guys need to basically keep their hands to the side or touch discreetly. Some of the girls will socialize a bit, and there are quite a few regular girls, which indicates something most be going right for them. There is a small VIP section; I have not partaken. I am told the dances are a bit better in VIP, but not to expect a dramatic difference. Same dance rules apply. Enjoy!
