Decent Time At Ruby's

This part of Connecticut used to be the local mecca for strip clubs, but their number has been declining over the past decade; probably due to competition from the internet. Fortunately, Ruby's is still going strong; open every day, and for the full day. The quality of the dancers, and the dancing has declined, but the club is still a lot of fun.

First off, lets talk about the club. Its divided up into three sections. The lower section has a rectangular bar that can accommodate about 20 patrons. There are half a dozen TVs playing sports, or sometimes news). One of the four walls is open to the stage. From this room the stage is waist height, so you can interact with the dancers through the opening. This is where I usually stand (no chairs here), and tip the dancers that I find attractive. If you go up to the middle section (you step up) you can sit at the stage, and tip the dancers there also. Most people stand at the bar side, but some patrons prefer the middle section also. This middle section also has some small tables, and a place to play pool.

The third section is behind a wall; this is where the lap dances are held. There are maybe 10 or so cubicles separated by 'trellis-like' walls. Half are along one wall, and the other half are along the opposite wall. So, on a busy day you can watch people across the room getting lap dances. So, there can be a lack of privacy. Bouncer used to prowl this area, but not so much anymore. In fact, the last two times I went there was no real bouncer there, so the dances were much more fun. This might be a cost saving measure, or it might be intentional, so the girls can be a little looser with the rules.
