Laid back but good atmosphere

I went on a Friday afternoon not expecting too much but I also didn’t want a major club vibe in the first place. This fit the bill. As others have said it’s basically a bar that also has girls. Walking in, you pass through a metal detector and enter one L shaped space with a bar, a stage, a pool table and a few other tables where people can sit. There was no cover to enter during the day. During my visit, there were only three other customers and two girls, including the bartender. I chatted a while with Athena and she was really nice. She said during the nights on weekends it’s normal to have about a dozen girls working. I left a few dollars on stage while she danced and she sat next to me after her time there. I bought her a drink and talked for a while. The beer she picked was $4 so it wasn’t like she was trying to rip me off with an expensive bottle or something when I offered to buy her something. For the dances in the main area, the girls keep their outfits on (basically lingerie) but they offer topless “vip dances” in another private area behind curtains. They suggest $40 including tip for those dances, which last a single song. Even though it was just a song she knew how to move to make it a good experience. I didn’t feel pressured by anyone like in some other places. At the end of it all, I had spent about $70 for a few drinks, various tips to the dancer and bartender, a dance and some nice conversation over the course of an hour.
