Fun Friday

Made my quarterly visit to Desire on a nice Friday afternoon a few weeks back. It was hot outside but as always nice in cool in the club. After parking in the lot under the highway to utilize the shade, I headed in through the metal detector (no cover) and walked in around 1:30pm to find a lively scene in the club. I headed up to the back of the near bar to have a drink and take in the scene. I believe my coors light was $6.

As someone who visits a few times a year I’ve always debated trying out Club Lust. I’m not local so the quarterly membership never made sense- plus it was the end of June and the membership reset July 1. Sensing a good vibe that day, I decided to finally try it and headed to the elevator upstairs.

I got out at the second floor to find a larger rectangular bar with a few patrons and a tv. I mentioned I’d like to try Lust for a day which cost $100 but with $50 in credit which I was gonna spend anyway. So really I was paying $50 for the privilege- spread that over a few hours and it becomes a no-brainer in my mind.
