Two strange to live? Too Rare to Die? There's No Place Else like Lamplighter

I've made a couple visits to the Lamplighter on Thursday and Friday afternoons. Often on occasions where that place down the road is packed, and I'm having trouble getting time with any dancer I'd like to spend time with.

The club is low key. It's a dive. I'm not sure if the strip club thing is an add on, or the place is old enough that it tried to invent stuff before there were templates examples. I will say I've never been blinded walking in. There's reasonable lighting. Maybe too much lighting. And a stage, sometimes there's girls dancing on it. Sometimes by entering the door I scare someone onto it.

Usually, there's 3-7 girls staring at their phones sitting at the bar or in various chairs. Thursday low end of the range, and Friday higher. Maybe one of the girls will beat a 6. They are all super low pressure, some can carry a decent conversation. They have probably doomscrolled to it's logical conclusion before anyone walks in.
