Good Monday afternoon

Decided to test out the day shift, after being unimpressed (disappointed) by the only other time I visited Vivide (see review), which was an evening. This time, Monday at 2pm or so. Easy to find place, front parking lot was basically full, but plenty of space in the overflow.

Quick pat down and $10 cover, no metal detector. Pleasantly surprised that the lights were dim this time --- the other time (evening visit), the lights were on and very strong. The top of the club (ground floor) was empty. I stayed about an hour, having an imported beer ($6). In that time, there were maybe 20 customers mostly hanging out (a few getting dances on the couches), and about as many girls. The girls were about 40% AA, 40% Latinas (Cubans), and the rest a mix (including 2-3 blondes, one of whom I've seen in Tattletales before). There was plenty of seating available on the couches, even whole booths.

Almost immediately upon sitting, I was approached separately by two attractive AAs (but not my type), followed by a Cuban (my type). She asked if I wanted a lap dance ($10/song) or VIP ($60 to the club, $200 to the dancer for half an hour). For the latter, she said "you can do anything". I opted for that, and had a good time. The VIP area we went to was a series of small curtain-separated compartments with (in the one we used) an L-shaped couch and a small table; not as big as some of the Tattletales or Cheetah ones, but larger than the ones in Pink Pony. Privacy was pretty good.
