Decent club, just not for me.

Got to show palace around 1:30 am on Friday. Club is in an industrial area that looks sketchier than I think it actually is. $20 cover with an ID scan plus a pat down by security before you enter the club. As in other reviews, club was massive on the inside with 2 stages with 3 poles being on the main stage. Main stage was empty but there was a girl doing pole tricks on the other stage. Sat down and ordered a (i think) $10 red bull. As stated in other reviews, this place has no alcohol so keep that in mind.

It turns out that it was also amateur night (which I now remember reading something similar in another review about Thursdays). The host said it was a "twerk competition" but it was a full strip show. Host was a bit sleazy but the girls were pretty good.

Most of the girls here looked like the ones you see in mumble rap music videos. Mostly thick black/latina women. I don't know if it's because it was amateur night or not but I was not approached by anyone besides the waitress for about a half hour. Didn't really mind since I was watching the show but if it was a regular night I think i'd feel differently. Eventually a girl named Trophy came up to me and asked if I wanted a dance. She looked like an off brand Cardi B which I was kinda into so I said yes. Dances were $25 for two songs and you pay at the bar and dances take place in a semi private booth. I asked about more dances and she said I could just pay her directly. Dances were pretty decent, lots of grinding and twerking (actually like being in a rap music video) as well as some flashing although she only allowed touching her breasts "if I tipped" which I was gonna leave a little something extra anyway but it was still a little off putting. Other than that she was actually pretty cool and did do a full two songs worth of dances. The biggest issue I had was the DJ was incredibly annoying since he'd stop the music randomly to say some sleazy shit before playing again which was annoying both the dancer and myself. After my dance it was still pretty dead there so I decided to leave. They had cards that had their dance prices and I regret not taking one with me but I do remember VIP was $300 for hhr although I think prices go up on weekends.
