On a side street of the main road through town, not far from the Walmart. Found street parking just off the corner, in front of a dental office, where it seemed safer. Lots of warnings in the club not to park in any of the nearby parking lots.

Bldg is run down and sketchy looking. The entrance is set in, between two buildings. One of those bldgs is empty, but it's attached to the club.

Walk in, pay $15 cover which gets you a bottle of Poland Spring.
