Sunday @ Blaze

I stopped by Blaze on Sunday a little after 5pm. Security patted me down outside before letting me enter. No one was collecting cover inside when I arrived, so I headed to the bar to order a cognac ($11). I wasn’t sure what kind of turnout to expect given the fact that it was Father’s Day, but there were plenty of dancers out and about. There were about 10-15 dancers out and about when I first arrived and d 20-30 later in the evening. All the dancers were Black and body types ranged from small spinners, to slim thick to super thick.

There was a dancer on stage and other dancers mingling with customers at the tables and booths all of which were occupied. I decided to head downstairs where I was able to get a seat at the bar. There was a dancer on the small stage downstairs entertaining, so I watched her show for a bit before I was approached by another dancer who appeared to have had a nicely done BBL. We chatted for a while before I asked her for some dances. She got naked right away and gave a good grind and let my hands roam. I got 10 dances ($5 per song) with her at the bar.

The bar on the lower level filled up and I noticed an opening in the small room across from lower-level bar that has a few tables and high chairs set up. I decided to move over to a table in the smaller room to get a bit more room to enjoy the dances. I got the attention of a thick redbone and ended up getting about 10 dances from her. My favorite was a super thick pretty redbone who I got 20+ dances with. It was extremely hot as the A/C didn’t seem to be functioning properly, so we had to take breaks periodically to have a drink and converse. I had an early morning flight so I couldn’t stay all night. I decided to head back to my hotel a little after 11, but I saw even more dancers who had arrived for the night shift that I would have loved to have gotten dances from. Blaze will definitely be my first stop next time I’m in Atl given the nice selection of dancers they had combined with the $5 dances.
