SETTING: This is a freestanding purple and white building surrounded by an ample parking lot. Easy access to I-95. It opens at noon; free lunch buffet with $5 admission (according to the menu: just sandwiches, pasta, ravioli). It’s open late: 2:30 weekdays and 3:30 weekends.

I arrived about 9 p.m., though, and the process involved I.D. scan, taking contents out of my pockets and being wanded. For $15 admission, I was given a wristband.

Two ATMs are situated in the lobby. The interior is spacious and fairly darkly lit, with moderate music volume—you can converse comfortably. Men’s rest room comes off of the entryway (go through door as if you are leaving) and has 2 urinals, 1 toilet, and is nice and upscale.

The club has 24 small round tables with plush chairs arranged around them. Ceiling is high and the décor is upscale, festooned with balloons and streamers as for a party. You can also sit at the bar to the right. The menu has a large selection of drinks and some (pricey) food entrees. I got a large basket of nacho chips with salsa and sour cream dip ($7, not too bad) plus a smaller-than-usual bottle of water ($10 – outrageous price). There are two stages with a pole, but I was told usually only one gets used. Only one was used tonight. An electronic display board lists the name of the current dancer as well as the next 7 scheduled to get on stage. A DJ also announces their names.
