Saturday afternoon at Sins

Made a trip to Jacksonville on Saturday and always try to visit Sinsations when I do. The club is located in an older part of Jacksonville but seems very safe during the day. Nighttime in the area can be a little sketchy but I have never had any trouble there. Doll House and Wackos are very close by so if any of the three are weak, you can easily check out one of the others.

I arrived about 4pm and there were plenty of parking spaces available in front of the club. If you go on a weekend night, the parking is a lot more crowded and I have had to park behind the club which was poorly lighted the last time I went at night. They do usually have a guy watching the parking lot at night, not during the day.

Daytime entry was $5 and it was $10 at night last time I went. Upon entry there was one girl on stage and about 4 more along the back benches where they seem to hover. I sat at the bar and ordered my $7 water ($6 plus $1). As has been noted before, the bartender will go topless for $5. There were about 4 other guys at the bar when I arrived and maybe two at one of the tables.

The girls do two song sets and do not get nude until they receive $5 in tips . For some reason they put their clothes back on between songs. Would make more sense to ask for $10 in tips and go nude for both songs, but strip clubs are typically not very logical. Whatever.

There appeared to be about 6-10 dancers which is decent number for a Saturday afternoon in this small nude club (no alcohol if that matters to you). All of the dancers I saw were decent with the exception of one fat girl. With the exception of the fat girl, all the others got the requisite $5 tips and got nude.
