I've been here a few times, and went as recently as last week; it's a decent BYOB place that stays open late, which I prefer over places that serve alcohol. You can also buy ice, water, etc. if you want. For entrance fee, it's about ~$30 if I recall, but probably varies a little bit. This includes the $10 'vip' surcharge which I chose to get, which gives you access to a dance area off to the side. I think it's worth it, as the girls seem to prefer to give dances in this area. There is also another higher tier of 'vip', for private rooms, but I have never done them.
There seems to be decent variety of looks: natural, fake, tattoos, no tattoos, slim, curvy, etc. so you should be able to find a girl you like. It does seem that some girls are just looking at their phones their whole time, but plenty of others do walk around offering dances. The dance quality is highly dependent on the dancer. So if one turns out to be boring, just find someone else after the song is over. Overall, it's a pretty laid back place and mostly everyone is friendly.
