Slow Afternoon

I stopped by at about 3pm in that afternoon. I hadn't been there in years. Cover was $10 and the cashier said dances were $30. She said that several dancers were in the the VIP giving dances but they would be back shortly. I waited about 15 minutes. Finally a couple of dancers came out of the VIP, but they just sat at the back of the room talking to each other. No other dancers took the stage even then. There was a table of several other guys waiting too, but other than that the place was dead, so I had enough and decided to leave.

The place looked good, spacious room, and the bathroom was clean. The wait staff was polite and friendly, but that was way too long for me without seeing any dancers onstage. As I was leaving, I asked when things got busier, and the staff said that there was a shift change at 7pm and it picked up then. If I go back again, it won't be in the daytime.
