I've lived within half an hour...

I've lived within half an hour of this place for 20 years and never visited, so I decided the time was right. Got there at 7:30 on a Tuesday night and paid my $10 yearly membership fee. Inside there were maybe 10 guys and half as many dancers. Most were of the "spinner" type, with one standout curvy girl (my type) and one thin girl with medium-sized bolt-ons. All the girls seemed to be hanging out with regular, and even tips at the stage couldn't get their attention. Around 8:30 I finally managed to get a couple of dances with the curvy one, named Sam. She was sweet, and I'd go back to see her -- unfortunately she was day shift and was leaving.

A couple of times girls came around with a bucket begging for "jukebox money", which I despise. The second time, the girl Vanessa also asked for a tip for herself. I joked with the girl about having to tip her and the bucket and she snapped at me. Bought her a drink to apologize and asked her for a dance. I set a $20 on the table and she took it, but then left to get her cigarettes and never came back. I found her half an hour later sitting with another guy. Asked for my $20 back and she asked the guy to give it to me. Either her boyfriend or pimp -- she was checking in with him all night.

Left around 9:00. I may give this place another chance, since I have a membership and all. Mondays are 2-for-1 drinks, so it can't hurt to check it out again.
