Last poster was accurate. This club is in a fast spiral descent. Talking with former employees, I heard stuff like......ownership didn't renew their dancing permit, ownership is undecided whether to turn the club into (1) a night club (2) night club with accompanying strip club or (3) an upscale strip club. Who knows? they certainly don't! Rumor has it, they are gonna close up shop soon for 3-4 months to finish rennovations and then emerge as "something"......who knows? My suggestion: upgrade it as a strip club, take the time to manage it appropriately and don't upscale to the point that you price yourselves out of the local market.
