More Support For The Claim That This Place Continues to Go Downhill

The advantage to stopping by GGR during the middle of the week is that they usually run free admission promotions on FB and IM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and so if you show the ad on your phone to the not-so-personable heavy set dude at the front window who looks like he would rather be working as a Walmart greeter, you don't have to fork over the $20 cover charge. However, that might turn out to be the high point of your visit.

To appease the reviewers, here are most of the specifics for the 300th time: there is one large rectangular stage in the middle of the bar with seats surrounding the stage. One of the two things that separates GGR for all other similar establishments is that there is also an external circle of seats which are not adjacent to the stage and hence allow you to avoid having to tip (there will be more about this a little later) so the dollar parade is virtually non-existent. The other thing is that the $30 lap dances are timed by the club's internal system so that every customer is guaranteed (or at least that's what they want you to believe) that each individual dance is exactly 5 minutes long. These dances are performed in a public room with about 10 sets of seats so you could literally be rubbing elbows with another couple during your dance as this is by no means a large room. There are more private VIP booths, but I lost track of what the costs are for 15 and 30 minutes because they keep gouging the prices. It is important to reiterate that extras are NOT available here regardless of whether or not you upsell yourself for the private area.

My first clue that this was going to turn out to be yet another less than stellar experience was the fact that I arrived at 4:30 and so absolutely no other customers in the place and it would be at least another 10 minutes before one other guy showed up. I believe there were just about a dozen dancers on staff, including everybody's favorite Ashley, but most I would classify as a 5 or 6 as we all know that the talent level is still lacking for the most part, compared to years past.
