I was not lucky at the lucky corner

Wednesday, late afternoon I went to the Lucky corner. Based on multiple previous reviews I was curious to see how the parking looks like, the parking was unpaved, cars are parked in two lines, and it was easy to have your car stuck If you don’t park wisely, the parking was packed with cars but I found a good spot. I entered the club to a room with pool table then into another door to the bar, very small stage on the left, bar to the right,  , few tables to the left , and the music box is all the way at the end of the club.the first impression was not good, the building was very old, no dancer was dancing on the stage, the bar was packed with people, all chairs on the bar were full, two chairs were occupied by dancers, one AA, and the other is petite white beautiful dancer, who was stuck to her phone, There was one empty chair, but it was reserved with a jacket and some stuff on it.

There was a curvy dancer ( recognized her from the FB, she was giving a barside dance with top off( later I found out that the stuff on that bar chair belonged to her), there were another two dancers just hanging around. Finally, I asked someone to share a table with him and he said yes, I sat at the very end of the club next to the music box.

I waited for about 10 minutes, there’s not enough space to sneak between customers and order from the bar, no one came to me. Later a skinny AA dancer came to put some money to play some music. She smiled at me. I asked her if she would come. She said I’ll be back she’s African-American petite with a nice smile, I waited for another five minutes and no one came, the dancer who was on her phone stayed on her phone for the full 15 minutes, i would have asked her for some dances if she came!! And the other dancer next to her seemed to be not interested in making money today, she was just talking to the other dancer. I decided to leave without ordering anything, and without even talking to a dancer, I may have saved my save some  time and have better chance in another club, I walked through the bar to leave and opened a door to the right to leave and surprisingly it was the restroom. I closed the door and I wasn’t able to find the exit. I went back to the very end of the bar and walked slowly again trying to figure out where the exit was and I opened the restroom door again . Then I realized that I need to go to the pool room to exit, I wasn’t drunk but I just didn’t find the door.

Overall disappointing visit, the cost was 0$, and 15 minutes. Since the bar has encouraging reviews I will check it out again on a different day.
