Club Average

I’ve been to Club Alex’s a few times and it is firmly an ok experience. First, cover was $5, beers were $8, dances were $30. Atmosphere was fine but the metal detector wand is suss.

Dancers are very clearly in one of two camps, either on their way up or on their way down. Service was a bit slow. I feel like the dancers are quick to come over and sniff you out rather than waiting for a look/nod/smile. It can be a little off-putting if it’s a slow night.

The main stage is fine but the lap dance room is lacking with bad lighting and a slightly awkward bench setup for seating. For the price, dances make me feel as though I’m being generous.
