Sell Rating on the Boardroom on Saturday Afternoons
COMING IN (unchanged)
Boardroom Cabaret sits a quarter-mile off Route 24 in a middle-class commercial area full of strip malls. Thankfully, there's a Bank of America ATM another quarter-mile up the road if you need one. The building is huge from the outside, it looks like a full-on party center. Parking lot is also large. You can enter via a ramp or a stairs leading up to the entrance. I came at about 4:00 on a Saturday. There is no cover until 7pm.
LAYOUT (unchanged)
Very well decorated and maintained, "upscale" even. At ground level, you come in and (starting left, going clockwise) you see a small LD area (not the main one), a huge stage leading up to the second floor with a giant video display (that plays music videos and even gives the name/artist), underneath the stage is a larger LD area with couches, the main seating area, a large bar with high seats on one side, and low ones and couches on the other, then the bathrooms. Bathrooms look like a Michelin-starred restaurant's from the outside, and a McDonalds with claustrophobic stalls inside. Up top is a mezzanine with VIP rooms.
