Dancer Review: Management Eep!

Came in to audition in the afternoon, was hired on the spot without getting on stage or showing my body ( Red flag #1) -- Then the weird manager Nick (Russian Guy) has me sign a HUGE contract on the spot, I can't take it home or take pictures of said contract (Red Flag #2) -- So I come back the next day, and no one comes in for hours... Unbeknownst to me, this club is only popping late night and weekends. The bartender ladies are EXTRA SUPER SUPER AGGRESSIVE and will make sure you aren't talking to the customers... Because the bartenders can give dances! (red flag #3 and #4) Pretty sure this is illegal if the bartenders are on any kind of payroll. I ask the manager why this is allowed, and I am told to mind my business and if I don't like it I can leave....ooook.... Then I'm approached by the manager and bartender because they have a "customer" for me, and they need a picture of me to get him here (Red Flag #5) I reluctantly agree, and pose for a pic. The guy comes in an hour later, doesn't spend anything, and tells me that strippers are "disgusting whores" while simultaneously trying to touch my vagina. (Red Flag #6) I leave that awful guys presence, and am asked why by the management (Red Flag #7) -- I explain to manager that other guests have come in, so I don't need to waste my time with that customer, and I'm an IC so I can work how I want. He doesn't like this answer and tells me I'm wrong (red flag #8). I do some dances with a nice guy, then leave at my scheduled time . Never returned.

Overall, work nights and weekends here. Or skip the place all together.
