Disappointing Evening

Very disappointing. I started my strip clubbing last evening at the Jet Strip, a club I used to love. I was there ten minutes. They were doing a promo with all the ladies parading across the stage and it looked like I was at a tattoo convention. I don't like excessive tats and 2/3 of the girls had them. The other 1/3 just didn't appeal to me. Maybe if I'd waited around, someone who interested me would arrive or come out of the back but I had a free pass to the Bare in my wallet and I decided to head over there.

Usual $10 to the valet, in on the pass and no one hit me up to buy a drink so I don't know if they've raised prices on that. I couldn't find a place to sit even though there were plenty of empty seats but they were all reserved booths with a special charge to sit in them. I'm sorry. I throw lots of money around when I go to a strip club I like but I will never pay a strip club ATM fee, I will never tip a dancer just for asking me if I want a dance and I will never pay to sit somewhere. I think when I was more of a regular at the club, a lot of ladies knew that I was a good tipper and the managers and servers knew to make sure I got a good seat.

As others here have noted, the girls no longer walk around nude all the time. Every so often, one comes off the stage that way or out from a private dance that way and stays nude for a little while but it's no longer the normal dress for the ladies and I miss it. I asked one about why they stopped and she said, "I think the law cracked down on it". Make of that what you will but I've given up hoping for its return and I've just about given up going to this club at all. It's like Whole Foods used to be before Amazon took it over. The prices just keep going up and up. The hustle is also getting bad. I had girls ask me for a tip just for stopping by to ask if I want a dance. I said, "Maybe later," and she said, "How about tipping me now"? For what? That happened a few times. I couldn't help but think if she wants a tip for doing nothing, how much is she going to expect for doing something?
