First time here, not the last?
Took a trip to Atlanta recently and asked some of my ATL friends where to do go on a Friday afternoon. After a heated debate and realizing we hadn't been clubbing since the closure of Follies we settled on V Live. Parking was easy in the lot. We walked to the front to get a light pad down and a $10 entry fee plus a tip to the nice lady.
Easy enough right, since it was my first time going here I didn't know what to expect. We walked down the stairs and were greeted by a main stage surrounded by booths and sitting areas. It was crowded and it from the looks of it stays crowded during peak times. Found our way to the bar for a decently priced drink and a beer. Then we attempted to find a place to sit.
The booths are so open I was confused to where you actually get a dance at. After declining a few overly enhanced latinas I settled on a curvy petitte black queen. She gave me two options. Dances right here at the booth or in the curtained VIP rooms for $200 for 6 songs. I choose $10 booth songs and had a good time. Hands on dance, wasn't too comfortable going as far as Follies due to the open nature of club but others didn't seem to mind as much as me. A good time was had, I saw at least 10 other dancers I wanted to interact with that stayed with their whale for the night. I even tried to put a bid in on a light skinned thick bombshell but was brushed off as she already had a line of customers. The next time I'll go I'll put my bid in early. It's the nature of the showy throw money clubs.
