No such luck

After a failed attempt at a decent time at OGD, I decided to make the 8 minute drive over to Gatsby’s North based on some recommendations I had. Pulling up the building around 10:15, it looked like a smaller establishment from the outside. Parking lot was free and had some pot holes, but overall felt very safe. It helps that it’s right next to what seemed to be an Amazon fulfillment site.

Upon walking in I was fairly impressed with the layout. Tons of seating to the immediate left, at the bar and across the way on the other side of the single pole on an elevated floor. I can only assume that there is some “dancing” that occurs here, but I didn’t witness any happen. The bar is in the middle of the room in an octagon shape. There were both men and women tending to it. To the right of the bar was a more enclosed, darker area, where I can only assume “dances” happen. I saw no one partake while I was there, nor did I.
