Last year, I was scouting the area as I'm soon to become a "winter texan" . I had stopped by the Tex Mex so see what it was about based on reviews here. Had a good time and had to revisit a few weeks ago. As always, the more you experience, the more you learn.

I did not go upstairs last time but did spend $20 on a very good private dance off to the side. Anyhow, paid my $5 cover (around 2 pm) and walked thru the scanner. Pretty dark inside so I paused to let my eyes adjust which took at least a minute. Probably about 5-10 guys in the club with 3 sitting at the bar. There was a couple open stools in the middle so I went there to buy a beer ($5??) and was met at the bar by a marginally attractive but tall Puerto Rican gal with a smoking hot body.
