Had an afternoon visit to Vivide which is just down the road. Was on my way to hit Tattletale's, and after reading some recent reviews here I thought I'd give Diamond a shot, since it was literally on the way, and a recent review here talked about all the latinas here, which I love.

Access is fairly easy, being right at 75/85 and Northside. It was around 9:30 and the parking lot was about halfway full. I was quoted $20 for self park. Ouch. Then I was quoted $20 for entry. Pretty standard. I knew that I was going to have to run outside for a quick errand, and I asked the attendant taking the money at the door that I was going to have to leave, and asked if I could come back in without paying. She told me that I had a max of 5 minutes to go out to my car, and after that it would be $20 for re-entry. Well, this is possibly the most braindead policy I've ever heard, and was strike number one. So, they'd rather people *not* come back in and spend money, huh? Ok.

The club itself is fairly small. Upon entering through a curtain, you see a small bar on the right. If you look to the left you'll see some booths with some clients getting some dances. When I first entered I was practically attacked by a couple of latina girls. I had to use the restroom, which is on the right next to the bar, and there was one stall with one functional urinal, the other being out of service. Not a good look. One of the girls who approached me came into the men's restroom, like almost up behind me while I was urinating, and said "hey baby", after which I told her I'd be just a minute. You see this kind of thing at clubs fairly often, so not too surprising, but the layout of the bathroom made it a bit awkward.
