It is cheap, but clearly reasons for it

I tried out this spot a couple of times while in the area and both times left pretty disappointed. Walk in to a standard counter set-up with very friendly door staff checking IDs and getting cover charge. $5 cover for the most part and then $10 for later in the night, at least on weekends.

After walking past the front area, the bar is to the left and honestly just looks like a regular bar you would find in any dive. Bartender was friendly and drinks was relatively inexpensive. It was something like $6 for beers and just a couple more for mixed drinks. You can seemingly get $1s from front check or the bar with ease.

After the bar the stage is immediately on the right had side with a couple high tops tables to the left. Right after the stage is the "private are", which I never went in but could see it pretty clearly from the main stage area. It appeared overly lit and the fact that you can see easily into it from the main area turned me off a bit.
