Great Time at Buck's

It was my first time in El Paso, and after reading various reviews I chose Buck's. I arrived around 11PM on a Thursday. The parking lot was surprisingly full given it wasn't a weekend. The club was conveniently located just off of the interstate. There were two guards in the lobby and I had to pass through a metal detector. The cover was $12 plus a tip to the woman collecting it. I counted around 10-12 dancers, mainly Hispanic with a couple of white and black dancers in the mix. All of them were at least a 7 in my eyes. A few of the dancers spent most of their time at the booths with large groups and bottle service. I liked that none of the dancers were pushy. A couple of dancers asked if I wanted a dance and the waitresses approached me every once in a while to see if I wanted a drink (I declined). For the most part I was able to sit and take it all in. There are 2 poles on the main stage and 2-3 poles on a smaller stage near the bar area. The routine when a dancer was called to the stage was to perform 1-2 songs at each pole. This club is topless only. The DJ played all rap music.

To the right of the main stage was a VIP room with a "$25 per dance" sign. There's a guy stationed at the entrance of the VIP area. It looked like the dancers always handed him the full amount. The guy was friendly and tried to sell me on going to the Champagne Room. It's $300-$400 plus the dancer's fees. That was too rich for my blood so I declined. I took a total of 5 dancers to the VIP area for 1-2 dances. The strip club scene where I'm from is non-existent so I wanted as much variety as I could get! The guy at the VIP entrance monitored the room, which sucked. One dancer stood above me in the seat and was immediately scolded. I can't say that I had a bad dance from any of the girls. My hands were free to roam, but miles varied depending on dancer.

If I ever return to El Paso, I'd want to see what the other clubs have to offer, but I could definitely see myself returning to Buck's. Great time overall.
