Been a long time

First time I’ve been to Lace in about 5 years. A girl that worked here was a good friend and we stopped talking for some reason.

Anyway, I pulled in around 9. I was surprised I didn’t have to pay a cover. The bar really hasn’t changed much. Still has the horseshoe bar in the middle with the lap dance rooms on the opposite side of the wall. They look newer. Now rooms with a door. (I don’t remember if they had doors or curtains before). The place was jumpin, probably 20 customers already there.

I sat at the bar and saw my friend. Unfortunately an older dancer with a lot of work done saw me as well and followed me to my seat. My friend came over and sat next to me but so did the other dancer. I tried being polite but I think she was too drunk or high to get the point so. I ordered a corona and a shot for my friend. Somehow that came to $21.
