As an ex dancer of the EndZone. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of accountability and responsibility the owner and the management have taken for anything. This is not a pro-sex work environment. This is a “look pretty and make me money” kind of place. The attitude of the owner and management is what dictates the kind of clientele that enter - or barely show up.
Chris has been known to call dancers fat and only hire meth head looking bottle blondes. Anything that doesn’t fit that description, don’t expect to see it at EZ. He’s racist. He doesn’t care if the dancers make money, it’s only about his paycheck and depending on how he feels about you that day, you may or may not have a job the next week.
There was an incident where one of the dancers was full on punched by a customer and the managers DID NOT handle the situation. There are no bouncers. They don’t do anything but act like it’s a boys club.
