First time at the Rustic Frog

I decided to checkout the Rustic Forg this past week after many trips down the road to Caesar’s Casino, a few miles past Rustic Frog. You turn down a dark gravel road and about a quarter of a mile later you find the club. I was I fixed by the clubs Facebook posts so I figured I would give it a try.

I arrived around 1am on a Friday night/Saturday morning. The parking lot was packed. It was a mostly a gravel and grass parking lot for those who are interested. When you walk in the front door you are greeted by the bouncer…tip was $5. Once you pay you can either head upstairs (which I did not go on this trip), to find a restaurant which looked like it had a pretty good selection of food and prices for a strip club. If you stay on the main level you will enter the heart of the strip club. There is a long stage opposite the entrance to the club. I believe it had two poles on it as there were typically 3 girls dancing at a time. Plenty of chairs close to the stage and probably another 4-5 tables in the room which had poles on the tables so a dancer could do a table dance as well. Note: I didn’t see any dancers utilized these while I was there.

If you make you way midway into the room and turn right you will find the bar. They had a pretty decent selection of beer and spirits available. I stuck to Bud Light bottles and it ran $3.75 a beer. I believe there was a handful of chairs and perhaps one table in this area for overflow seating as well. Now back to the main room at the far end of the room you will find the DJ booth and the private dance area. Overall I think the DJ did a good job of not being annoying while playing a wide variety of music. My only complaint is that the music could be turned down a pinch to help make talking to dancers at either your table or the stage a little bit easier as I would often have to lean in so they could hear what I was trying to say.
