Winter Lake Trip

I have usually been going to Flirt because it is closer; but they were closed (even though various sites indicated they should have been open). Finding an Uber for the trip here was no problem, but not so much for the trip home close to 1am. This is a tourist area with not much going on in the winter, though. There hasn't really been anything that has changed since the last time I was here. I had a few double pours of bourbon, that were different prices between the two. The first was $16 and the second was $12. I switched to a few beers after those that were $4 per I think. There were a few "singles" scattered around and group of 4. There were close to 10 names on the board by the bar, but I only saw a few dancers taking turns on the one stage. All of them above average from the pure visual aspect for sure. One of the main reasons I prefer Flirt, though, is that the girls always sit down and have a conversation prior to the "do you want to go in the back". Here they pretty much get straight to that. Each one asked while still on stage, which is fine; but I enjoy the conversation. While sitting back at the bar enjoying a drink, I was approached by a pretty blond that definitely caught my eye earlier at the stage. We shared a few laughs. I have been to these Missouri clubs enough to know there really is no expectation of anything extra special with the dances. They all stick to the rules. After the trip to the ATM, I signed up for the 30 minutes at $180. With an average of 4 to 5 minutes per song, that works out to be about $20 to $25 per song. Not bad for a slow night in a summer tourist hotspot. Quite a few more laughs throughout the dance. Had a good time with that; but as mentioned, finding a ride at that time was not the easiest.
