Like an Old Friend

It has been a long time, like several years, since I have had a chance to visit clubs in NYC on any kind of regular basis.my work there mostly dried up well before COVID. Maybe that will be changing. We’ll see. I used to really enjoy some of the clubs there. This one was a particular favorite, so I relearned the subway route and headed out in the early evening after some client meetings. Despite what I have heard about crime, I pretty much felt okay with getting around in midtown, and that extended to taking the train out to Queens. The club is a reasonably short walk from the train station. Somewhat industrial area, but again, felt safe enough, even though it was after dark.

Some of the other recent reviews talk about all the wasted space. But I always thought there was a lot of empty space. That was actually something I liked back in the day. It doesn’t feel cramped and crowded. I just think the place is very large, and a lot of the space is just not needed. I like to sit at the bar so I can interact with the dancers as they come around for tips. So I never bothered with trying to see how things would work if I sat at a table away from the bar.

I like the action at the bar. You can use the tip parade to scout for a dance partner. But it can get annoying if you are sitting with and/or talking to a dancer and being frequently interrupted. It didn’t take too long for me to find a prospective dance partner. Lovely Latina, of which there are many, came up beside me (not from the tip parade) and before I knew what was happening, one of her tits was out. I liked, so mission accomplished, I suppose.
