Things are about as good as...

Things are about as good as they have been for quite a while at Fantasia. The lineup of dancers has remained fairly stable over the last couple of months so you can usually find who you're looking for if you remember which day she is scheduled to dance. Still mostly young, natural girl-next-door types, with a few enhanced breasts and even fewer chubby chicks. They do seem to change bartenders every time I go there, but the one tending things a couple of Saturday nights ago was HOT! Nice and petite with a sheer white blouse. Too bad she didn't have on some frilly little lace thing underneath instead of the generic white bra. And a dazzling killer smile!

They finally reupholstered the chairs in the club downstairs as well as the custom couches in the VIP rooms upstairs. Makes creative positioning of the dancer and yourself a lot easier than the little love seats they had before in most of the rooms. Your VIP experience still heavily depends on which dancer you choose and how well you negotiate prior to agreeing to go upstairs. Although it has been almost a year since the LE raids, a lot of the girls still act concerned about undercover cops being in the club. Since the people running the club probably know more along those lines than we as patrons do, it seems to be a good idea to assume the possibility some of your fellow patrons are, in fact, LE. So discretion should still be the rule both here on TUSCL as well as what you say to (or within hearing of) the other patrons regarding the "what" and "who" in the VIP.

Saturday night, especially early in the evening (say prior to 10:00 pm or so) the crowd tends to be heavily hispanic, but if you can find a table it is still fairly easy to get a dancer to sit and talk if she thinks there's a chance you're looking to spend a little on a VIP. And since most of the dancers work Friday and Saturday nights, you get to see what the current talent level looks like. Most of the girls will tell you when they work so you can come back during the week to see them if you like a more laid back atmosphere. My own personal preference is currently Wednesday, but Tuesday and Thursday don't have much of a talent drop off and a couple of newer dancers on Monday makes it better than it was for a while. It has been quite a while since I've visited on day shift, but I have seen a few of the day girls leaving around the time I arrived. The old regulars are still there, but the few newer day girls I've seen don't quite reach the same level as the current night shift. There may be a gem I've missed on day shift, though.
