A fun night before

Delilah's
100 Spring Garden St Philadelphia, PA 19123
After spending some time at Cheerleaders my wife and I headed over to Delilah’s. It was the night before Thanksgiving, and we arrived around 1030. The cover was $10 each, went through a metal detector and into the club. It’s a pretty big club with a large long stage running down the center. The stage has a pole in the center that’s maybe 12’ high. There are bars at both ends of the stage. There’s seating against the stage on both sides, and two rows of typical strip club seating with tables behind that. On one side of the stage there’s raised area with seating and tables that seem to be first come first serve. On the other side there are platforms raised about 7-8’ with private tables that are for bottle service. The club is dim but not dark, with the stage being well lit. It’s clean and what I would consider more upscale/classy. One complaint is it did get a bit smokey with people smoking cigarettes and cigars. It was slow when we got there so there wasn’t a ton of energy in the room. It started picking up after 11, which helped. It never got too crowded and there were always empty seats around and against the stage. Dancers come down stairs from the second floor on one side of the stage. They were spending a song each on those stairs, at the other end on a small stage behind the bar, then on the main stage. It’s possible it was two songs, but I was getting pretty drunk and had some edibles so my memory isn’t completely reliable. Guinness was $9, bottle of water was $7, not sure how much the other drinks were. There were about 50 dancers that night. Some variety but not too any real extreme. I’d say most were in the early to mid 20s, maybe 60% white, with more natural tits than fake ones. There were very few that I would rate below a 7 and a fair amount of 8s and even 9s. All were good dancers, with some really great routines with some going all the way to the top of the pole. One thing is that a lot the dancers seemed quite distant and a little robotic at times without much audience interaction. We didn’t get any dances but have in the past. The dancers negotiate their own prices for lap dances and they’re given in a non-private room with bench seating around the perimeter. Seems like 30ish per dance is standard. Not sure about the private VIP rooms though. Overall we really like Delilah’s. It’s comfortable, allows for a lot of different options for seating, drink prices are reasonable, the dancers are talented and quite hot, and as a couple we’re generally left alone except for dancers thanking us for tips.
