Friday night

It had been a few months since I had been to Stl so I decided to take advantage of the long weekend and make the trip. I stopped by Roxxx this past Friday night. During my last trip back in May, I noticed the police pulling a few people over on St. Clair Ave near the clubs, so I decided to take an uber from my downtown hotel (less than 10 min trip) since I had been drinking (the club does have a parking lot & I believe they charge $10-20 to park). I got to the club at around 1am and went through the security pat down & id scan out outside and a trip thru a metal detector before entering the club and paying the $10 cover.

There was a decent crowd (with a lot of female customers) inside and most of the limited seating was already taken, so I went to the bar to grab a drink. There was only one bartender and a bit of a line at the bar so it took a while before I got my dusse ($10). I just hung out at the bar for a while and sipped my drink and checked things out.

There were maybe around 20 dancers (all black/ 20’s-30’s /the majority thick) and most were at one of the three small stages the club has twerking/ smoking hookah or just hanging out. The girls weren’t really approaching customers on this night, so you had to be proactive if you saw something you liked. A minor change that I noticed was that a lot of the girls wore pasties over their titties which I don’t recall seeing here in the past. Not a big deal for me but something to note.
