Wife's First LD

My wife and I went together a few weeks ago on a Monday night at 10pm looking for her first LD. We took a Uber from the Times Square Sapphire (which was dead) over to Sapphire 60. The location felt a bit shady, maybe a post-COVD thing - right under the on ramp to the Queensboro bridge on 1st and 60th. The inside was clean and classy though. There was no cover charge, security was friendly and offered to help find my ID that I thought I had forgotten at the last club (it was in my wife's purse).

The club is one floor and is fairly large. There were around 20 tables throughout, several booths and a bar to the left as soon as you walk in. There were several girls hanging at the bar and maybe 6 patrons there, it was pretty empty. The stage was in the center and there were probably 10-12 topless dancers rotating every 5 minutes or so.

We grabbed a table and drinks from the bar, which were about $20/ea. We watched the stage for a while, looking for the right dancer. My wife likes blonde & busty which was in short supply. Talent was mostly attractive and diverse - mostly latina - but the pole dancing itself was pretty mailed-in (though it was dead and a Monday). No one was tipping the stage. After 5-6 dancers, my wife saw one she liked but before we could get her attention, someone else grabbed a dance that turned into a half hour. There definitely weren't any no-touch rules that night, he had his hands on her throughout. Security kept a visible presence.
