Not my first choice

AJ's is in the industrial area of Secaucus right over the river from NYC. Literally off the main road by a bunch of grey industrial looking buildings with a big shiny sign right off the main road. You have to be careful driving around here. At times there is a cop parked right across the street. Is he there because he's bored, looking for a quiet place to park or because he's trying to catch people, I don't know but I've seen him many times there driving by. Parking is a bit strange too in a lot of badly taken care of overflow lots. Be careful of glass and other strays.

It is not the cleanest bar in the world. You enter there are some guys by the door that'll wave you in. I'd say a very latin flavor inside, different ethnicities, but the majority definitely spanish speaking. And latinas of every single type, skinny, tall, curvaceous, inflated, deflated, etc. Here you must always have a drink with you or the bartenders will hassle you, and even so if it is empty or near empty. Lots of people come here in groups and with friends and whatnot. If not spanish speaking or just coming in alone, bring your phone to keep you company lol. Bathrooms are pretty big but not the cleanest.

As far as the girls, many are friendly, but definitely just about the benjamins. From my experience very little to no GFE here. But that may differ for those who are regulars. Also I dont speak spanish so that might have had something to do with it. Dance area is in the back, pretty dimly lit, but again in a big room which I am not a fan of. Everyone can pretty much see everyone else there. Also people can peek from the outside in as its not a completely closed in area. I chose a thin, dark skin Dominican for a few dances. It seemed very mechanical, little to no talking, and minimal touching as well. Was a pretty average dance. Also being to other clubs I am more used to girls who really go out of their way to be more presentable and memorable. So yeah this is not a place I'd personally would come to for an enjoyable dance, decent place to hang out though with friends.
