First-Timer's Review of BT

I went to Tijuana for the first time on Labor Day weekend, and I'm writing reviews of the four bars I visited. These included Hong Kong, Chicago Club, Aledita Bar, and BT. These reviews are part of a larger "Beginner's Guide to Tijuana" I'm writing for the "TJ Mongers Discussion Board" - Coming Soon (TM). This review is written for beginners, so there will be more details than usual.

I visited BT at midnight on Labor Day morning. The first thing I must say is that this is a dive bar and not an SC. There was the usual pat down + metal detector set up, but no one was manning it so I just walked in. I was here for about 45 minutes, and the whole time there were pretty much only two things going on: couples dancing on the stage and one naked blonde beauty (like a 9 - beautifully toned body with nice C- or D-cup titties and ass) walking around shaking her hips for some 1's. I saw two other BGs here, but they were both sitting off at the edge on their phones. I never asked the girl if she was doing fichas or arribas, but for the 45 minutes I was there she didn't for anyone I saw. The Pina Colada was $7-ish, and had way too much rum in it. All of the patrons here were in groups partying with each other - I was pretty much the only person who came in by myself. There were no meseros.

The layout is quite simple. When you enter, there are a few chairs off to the left and the bar straight ahead. To the right are a stage and chairs.

If you want a place to hang with the boys at night, this is probably a nice place to chill. There will be a girl or two walking around to entertain you, but other than that you're on your own. If you're running solo like I was or trying to get some action, skip town - there are better places to spend your time.
