Busier than normal

Started my Washington Park tour here. I have visited here a number of times over the years and the quality and quantity of the dancers vary tremendously. On this occasion the club was much busier than I often experience. Probably more than a dozen patrons and 8-10 dancers. I will give them credit for variety. There was everything thing from slim to hefty sizes (though no one was obese) and young to seasoned veterans. Most of the dancers were white, with two AA’s.

The club is a long rectangular room, with a long bar, and stages at either end, though they typically only use one of them.

Admission and a bottle of water was $7. I bought a shot for one of the dancers and it was $10.

I knew two of the older dancers, including one who used to work at Kitty’s, but unfortunately for me, they were both tied up with patrons, so I tried to start up something with some of the other dancers. Only mildly successful, as there were always 3 or 4 more patrons than dancers. Didn’t really connect with anyone, but got the hard sell for the VIP. Price seemed consistent with 60 to the house and 300 to the dancer.

Cindy is the owner and was working the bar.I have known her for a long time and when I commented on the volume, she said it varies all the time, but she has been trying to have more dancers to attract customers and it seems to be helping.
