Quick visit to Clancy’s

Saturday afternoon I found myself with a little free time to go play. It was a toss up between Clancys or the Post, decided I’ve seen most of the girls at the Post and wanted to hit Clancys up for a change.

The Bar:

Easy on street parking in a safe suburban area, walk past the liquor store to the door on the corner. No real signs saying what it is. Walked in, couldn’t see a thing because of how bright it was outside and how dark it was inside. There’s a small 5x5 stage sandwiched between 2 J-shaped bars. When my eyes adjusted to the darkness I could see about 5-6 patrons inside and only 2 dancers either on the stage or with a patron. Barmaid asked me about what I wanted to drink and ordered a corona for I think was 6 bucks.

The dancers:

While drinking my beer I saw the neon chalkboard with the names of those working. I think I saw 7 names but only 2 near the bar for the first 15 minutes I was there. A tall brunette and a petite blonde. The blonde finished time on “stage” and sits next to an older guy but was staring at me. 2 minutes later she moved next to me, she had to be fotb. Still staring at me she started to rub my leg and moved in closer, I tell her that I just got there and give me a couple of minutes to settle in. She said her name but I really didn’t hear it, something starting with an L. Well she definitely didn’t understand what I just said because she then kinda snuggled in. I was like okay let’s just go with this, I was going to get her a drink but the barmaid didn’t come back over. I decided to get a dance basically just to have her leave.
