Same old Poodle, but better looking girls than I remembered in the past

I stopped by the Poodle this past Sunday night. For those of you who haven't been back, well, it's about the same as it ever was. I haven't been to a strip club since 2018, and I certainly hadn't gone to the Poodle in even longer, so please be patient with my review. The cover charge was $25 (which I confirmed with the bouncer to be the case for all nights that they are open - Wednesday - Sundays), and all soft drinks were $5. Since they are an all-nude club in California, they only serve soft drinks. I can't remember the selection but it was paltry - water, coke, Diet Coke, 7-Up, Red Bull, and I don't remember if there was any juice. You pay your cover basically outside, and enter through some black curtains. Immediately to your left you're confronted with an L shaped stage with two poles on it. To the left of the stage, there's sort of an area where they used to do shower shows. I think those days are long gone. That area, sort of leads to the bathroom if going towards the stage, and to the "private" rooms if going away from the stage.

When I arrived, a blonde named Emma was up on stage - she was decent looking, fake tits, hair down to mid back, and had some great pole skills. I sat on the right side of the stage, one row back from the stage seats. There were quite a few men lounging around, and not many in the front row. But a few would get up, and throw a bunch of one's on the stage like it was big money. I was surprised that people still did that. Some guy also was bending one's over the brass rail that surrounded the stage so that he could get a face full of the ladies' vaginas, and again, I was surprised that all it took was a few one dollar bills. Although they don't let you touch the girls on stage, if the girl is a bit frisky, you might get your face full of tits for a few ones. There were about five or six girls standing about - some hustling, some just chatting with the other girls. And from what I can tell, there were a few back in the private room area. The girls were 6-8, no one was super hot, but no one was super ugly. for the most part, the girls were medium build, no one that I would call fat, and one super skinny girl. The girls seemed to be better looking than I remembered them being in the past.

The girls weren't that aggressive with me; in the hour or two that I was there, only two of the 10 or so girls approached me. *BTW, I tipped every girl on stage at least a five dollar bill, sometimes multiple fives, so that was also surprising to me. I was sort of sitting in the row that the girls used to go backstage, and they had to pass by me to get to the main room or go back to the dressing room. The fact that they didn't ask for a dance was also very strange to me, but maybe that's a good thing. However, that being said, the first girl that approached me did so within five minutes of my getting there. Her name was Amber, a tall brunette, on the normal side of thin, smallish boobs maybe size B or small C. She was affable, but I wasn't quite ready to get a dance since I wanted to see a full rotation of the girls before deciding on whom I would spend my money. At least that was my intention. Then about five girls through the rotation, I saw Missy, who sort of looks a like Emma, with a similar build, maybe a little bit older than Emma, probably around 25, but better looking to me. For some reason, I thought I remembered her, so I decided that I would go full court press to get her attention. I tipped her well at the stage, and after she was done with her set, it took her awhile to find me but she found me. She apparently had other dudes that she needed to attend to before she went looking for me. She thanked me for the tip, and asked me if I wanted to go back to have a dance. Of course, I said yes.
