I hadn't been here before, but...

I hadn't been here before, but after several positive recommendations (among mixed reviews), I stopped by early Saturday evening. I can't say I was impressed on the first visit. The club was almost too dark to see, even near the dance area. There appeared to be 6 dancers working and perhaps 30 guys, largely UConn students by appearance, mostly milling around and ignoring the dancers. No surprise; only two of the girls struck me as attractive at all, and at least three must have had 10 years on most of the guys. About half the girls were friendly at the rail (I make a point of tipping well, early, and often); the others seemed not to care. I really had no interest in a private dance. I'll probably come back here and give the club another try, but based on tonight's experience, it might not be anytime soon.
